     Meet Dr. Innocenti

Dr. Jennifer Innocenti is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut and New Jersey and a dedicated neurodiverse psychotherapist who specializes in supporting children, teens, adults and families navigating ADHD, Autism, OCD, and learning differences. Affectionately known as The Go2 ADHD Doc.

Dr. Jennifer brings over a decade of experience helping neurodivergent individuals and their families feel understood, empowered, and equipped with real-life tools that actually work. Dr. Jennifer offers therapy through a relatable, strengths-based, and solution-focused lens. She partners with parents who are juggling multiple roles—at work, at home, and in advocacy—to support their child’s unique emotional and behavioral needs. She deeply understands the daily challenges of parenting a neurodiverse child, and she creates a nonjudgmental therapeutic space for collaboration, growth, and connection.

She helps children build confidence and skills in areas such as executive functioning, emotional regulation, and social interaction—whether it’s navigating personal space, reading social cues, or managing big feelings. Her work is grounded in helping children thrive in both school and home environments, while also guiding families to strengthen their communication, routines, and relationships.

Dr. Jennifer is also passionate about supporting adults with ADHD or late-diagnosed neurodivergence who may have long masked their challenges or misunderstood their needs. Through practical strategies, self-compassion, and tailored supports, she helps clients better manage daily responsibilities, reduce overwhelm, and reclaim their energy.

At the heart of her work is a belief that neurodiverse minds are not broken—they are beautifully different. Dr. Jennifer empowers children and families to move from a place of struggle to one of self-awareness and celebration.

Whether you're seeking support for your child, yourself, or your whole family, Dr. Jennifer offers expert care grounded in warmth, insight, and a deep respect for neurodiversity.
